Comments or other details After the heavy rain, the lake was turned over and the silt had the water stained. This presented a tough bite. Despite the high pressure and off-color water, fish were caught near the shore line in 4-8 ft of water. Zoom Flukes, in baitfish flash color, seemed to get the most bites. The bass were chasing bait, so choosing a lure that mimics those baitfish was the key. (Match-the-Hatch) With the cooler weather, the fall pattern is starting to come into play. Come stay at Lake Naconiche Retreat! It's the best place on the lake, by far! Hope you GIT BIT! ~C.P.R. FISHING
