There is no penalty for cancellations or rescheduling with a 48 hour notice.

If you need to cancel for any reason please send a email to using the same email address that the reservation was booked with, and specify exactly what days you want to cancel or change.

If you need to cancel the whole reservation please specify and we will process a total refund back to your card within 24 hours. Generally you will see the amount in your account in three or four days.

In the case you want to shorten your stay, we will recalculate what the original booking would have cost and then process a refund of the difference back to your card.

In case you want to add concurrent day(s) to your existing reservation go ahead and book the additional days and we will calculate your discount and refund to you your credit card.

In case you want to change only the date of your reservation we will send you a zero charge Booking code to reschedule.

Please understand that we incur administrative costs as well as missed booking revenue, so cancel as soon as you can or at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival date. Cancelations within 48 hours notice may be subject to a $20.00 per night charge. In some cases we can book your cancellation to another customer and in that case there is no penalty.
